Jim Rigby (R-Cambria/Somerset) today announced that the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST) has approved the Forest Hills Municipal Authority’s request for a loan of $4,467,500, which will fund a sewage upgrade project in Forest Hills Borough and Adams Township. The loan will have a 1% interest rate for the first five years of repayment, followed by a 1.743% rate for the remainder of the term, which is scheduled for 20 years.
